What packing material do you use?
Corrugated cartons, bubble wrap, foam sheet, stretch film, packing tape and wooden crating where an item needs it. Fragile goods get multi-layer protection, and for long routes absorbent items get a plastic moisture barrier under the outer layer. Material is included in the quote, not billed as a surprise afterwards.
Can I book packing only, without the transport?
Yes. Some customers arrange their own vehicle and want the packing done properly, which is a service on its own. We bring the material and crew, pack and label room-wise, and hand over ready to load.
Do you unpack at the new house?
Yes, if you want it. Unpacking includes opening cartons, placing goods where you direct, reassembling furniture and taking the empty material away. Some customers prefer to unpack at their own pace, so this is optional rather than automatic.
How do you handle really fragile things?
Chandeliers, glass tops, mirrors, artwork and crockery are packed individually rather than in bulk. Glass travels edge-protected and upright, framed pieces get corner protection, and anything genuinely valuable can be crated. Point these out at survey so the right material comes along.
