NH-44 runs the length of the country and the drive crosses several climate zones in four days. Goods pass through the dry Deccan stretch before reaching Bangalore, so temperature swings inside a closed container are significant. Anything with a screen, a compressor or a sealed drum is packed with extra cushioning because the vibration load over 2,150 km is cumulative rather than sudden. We label every carton by room and keep a numbered inventory, since a long route with a mid-way stop is where items go missing on cheaper services.
Delivering in Bangalore
Bangalore delivery is mostly into gated apartment complexes in Whitefield, Sarjapur, Electronic City, Marathahalli and the North Bangalore corridor. These societies are organised and usually allow shifting, but they require advance intimation, a gate pass for the vehicle, and often restrict service-lift use to specific hours. Traffic decides everything else: a delivery slot booked for the morning is realistic, one booked for 6 PM in Outer Ring Road traffic is not. We plan arrival timing around this rather than promising a fixed hour.
Moving the other way: Bangalore to Delhi
Bangalore to Delhi runs constantly, mostly IT employees relocating back or families returning after a posting. Coming north, delivery is handled by our own Delhi team, and the paperwork for company reimbursement works the same way in this direction.

Can I send my car or bike on the same route?
Yes. Vehicles travel on a separate car carrier, not inside the household goods truck, because loading a vehicle alongside furniture is unsafe for both. We coordinate both so they arrive within a similar window, and the vehicle needs its RC, insurance copy and a near-empty fuel tank.
Do you provide a GST invoice for company reimbursement?
Yes. If your employer reimburses relocation, tell us before the move so the invoice is raised with the correct GST details and in the name your company requires. Getting this right at booking is far easier than correcting the bill afterwards.
